Over the last 4 years prior to establishing Integral Management Systems, I have a track record for helping companies successfully certify to ISO27001, ISO9001 with a 100% success rate for all those that applied for certification. What we deliver

Every organisation starts its ISO journey from a different position, ranging from no existing management system to a high level of maturity. This directly influences implementation timescales: the stronger your current controls and processes, the more efficiently certification can be achieved.

Where maturity is low or unclear, a structured gap assessment is recommended to establish a clear, proportionate baseline. If a management system already exists, the engagement is tailored to address specific gaps or areas requiring further development. At the outset, clients receive a gap report and cost estimate to certification, providing clarity on scope, effort, and timescales.

Consultancy is delivered at a standard rate of £850 per day, with no VAT charged, ensuring transparent and predictable pricing.

After the project is scoped, a fully costed proposal is drawn up so that you have all the information you need to make an informed, confident decision about progressing to certification. We also discuss with you the outline project so that you clearly understand the scope, effort, timescales, and investment required to achieve certification.

Gap assessments are typically 2 days to assess your compliance and is a fixed rate of 2 days - £1500 with no VAT charged.
